What to include in your notice
(1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it (URL); (4) your contact information (name, address, phone, email); (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Email DMCA notices to hello@humaid.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice."
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes equivalent information. We will follow the procedure required by the DMCA in processing both notices and counter-notices.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
