Job description

Own a portfolio of mid-market customers, drive product adoption, and partner with sales on renewals and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of 40–60 mid-market accounts.
  • Lead onboarding, QBRs, and renewal conversations.
  • Partner with product to surface customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management at a SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
