Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 32-bed med-surg unit.
- Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
- Document accurately in the EHR and uphold infection control standards.
Requirements
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license).
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- 1+ year of acute care experience preferred.
